BBQ BUFFET
$28 per person, additional $5 per person each added selection

ASIAN-INSPIRED BUFFET
$26 per person, additional $5 per person for each added selection
-Thai tofu lettuce cups, carrot, onion, garlic, hoisin

-Mongolian beef, shiitake mushrooms, carrots, hoisin, chilis

PASTA BUFFET
$28 per person, additional $5 per person for each added selection
-Beef Bolognese
-Cream sauce with artichokes, sundried tomatoes, spinach,
-Pesto cream sauce with grilled chicken, arugula
-Italian sausage and mushrooms in marinara
-Mixed mushrooms, sherry cream sauce, mascarpone, herbs

ITALIAN-INSPIRED
$35 per person, additional $5 per person for each added item
-Eggplant parmesan, marinara, mozzarella, fresh herbs
-Chicken piccata, white wine & butter sauce, lemon and capers
-Roasted pork loin, stone fruit mostarda, micro herbs
-Mixed mushroom ragu, tomatoes, fresh herbs
-Pork & beef meatballs, tomato sugo, fresh herbs
-Potato gnocchi, parmesan cream and peas
-Tuscan white beans, fennel & carrots, rosemary, sage, pecorino
-Roasted seasonal vegetable medley, balsamic vinegar
